they are saying that i shouldn't eat for 12 hours, but being 280 i usually eat at last meal at 12am and then at 8am basica;;y my longest without eating is 8 hours so that extra 4 hours seem scary. to prevent any disturbance in my blood work what is the longest i should keep from eating?

i got my blood work done in jan

i ate at about 12at night and then had the blood taken out at 7 in the morning... and it came out ok

If they say don't eat for 12 hrs, then don't. It wont kill you, you will just be really hungry

If the doctor says don't eat for 12 hours, then don't eat for 12 hours, duh!
