post cycle... you want to take both an ai(arimidex) and a serm(nolva). but you can take ANY ai you would like, and you need to be taking CLOMID post cycle, not nolva .

ON cycle, nolva or arimidex... in my opinion arimidex is the better choice. BUT, for those who are really worried about negative health effects of steroids; they would be better off using nolva, since ai really fuck with cholestrol levels, while serm actually help them i believe.  BUT, for results, arimidex dosed correctly for your own body is going to yeild better cycle

Post cycle SERM only. Increases SHBG which is good for recovery of total testosterone.

On cycle AI to bring estrogen to manageable level. Lowest effective dose. On moderate cycles I wouldn't bother. If gyno is a problem do Nolvadex.

I run adex on cycle and run nolva and aromasin for PCT. If I ever do another PCT again I will use clomid. Aromasin should be the only choice for PCT, as aromasin will boost natural test and not affect lipids, or igf-1.

How about this, use nolva during PCT. Use arimidex during cycle if you need it.

i just checked it out in the pharmacy, its almost six times the price of nolvadex, WTF

Can you get Aromasin? Someone whom I consider knowledgeable says 5mg EOD is enough for most on cycle to manage estrogen.

I actually prefer letrozol but the price may not be all that much better.

Arimidex is very pricey and always has been. I know g for g it was more expensive or right at same cost as primo.

I just use Aromasin, works well and don't need much to get the job done.
