This is what is described in the G&O section.  Yet you somehow say discuss all and then call shit Off Topic.  What topic?  You haven't defined a topic as you said we can discuss all.  You did mention no attachs and no racisim and that's fine, but if someone wants to talk about their new rims why would you call that off topic if this board is to discuss all?

Ron doesn't know what the fuck he wants. Every six months he does this shit. Then he disappears again and leaves the token "work, kids, gotta start training" lines about why he's ignorant about the boards content and that's the cycle brah!

Easy...  he wants to keep his schmoe press pass, so he does the minimum required to make that happen.  It's a balancing act for him, and I can't blame the guy too much, since he could always do what the other boards have done and put fascist mods like "Massive G" and "Adman" in charge, and to his credit he's resisted that.
