isnt it easy to do though? shouldnt it just be to outline special ed pic then cut n paste over the other? should take 30 seconds to do ?

 Maybe in theory. It often doesn't work out how you intended it to, or come out as smoothly. You have to have an eye for what's funny and where it doesn't work. You also have to get the edges right and adjust the focus in many cases.

 If it was really easy everyone would be doing it and you wouldn't see so many bad photoshops.

Sure, why not? We have different philosophies but that doesn't mean he isn't a good trainer and really doesn't matter what you look like unless you're a complete fat slob.
