steroids are as much a part of bodybuilding as posing, or eating protein. no one want to see natural as you can see dog shit in the park, for free.

now, as for squadfather when i see that picture of him I see a very powerful looking guy. you dont have shoulders and neck like that without moving some serious weight. so he likes to eat? again, this is bodybuilding. if Johnny Vegan look so much better then he need to post up a picture so we can compare.

THE other guy must have been something else cause antoine looked great.stav u did good by the way,be realistic and positive for  your age,just try not to compare yourself and antoine as a guide where u want to be 2 different looks even though your close in age.you will be back even if its a few yrs ,dzboy would posted here a lot a while ago stopped for a while and had great build then competed again .
