We dont really care about your C**k bro, but the water retention is probably from the deca. I usually will not hold much water on prop. Your best bet would  be running prop and NPP. Both are fast acting esters and should help keep the water to a minimum. You should also be running an AI like letro or adex because this will keep estrogens down which will keep bloat down also. If your face is that bloated I would suspect an estrogen problem more than anything.
