arnica plus

i started using arnica plus cream for my injured leg...its made of arnica montana, devils claw, white willow, whitch hazel and peppermint...any of u guys use it?

Arnica doesnt work for everyone and it also depends on what type of injure you have, if its a bruise or something minor its ok but dont use if its a open wound.
