I thought this was pretty cool at the NPC Junior California in Pasadena, as Mom and Daughter competed in the figure competition there.

Me & my daughter competed togeather last year at the Arkansas All Star Pro Fitness!   I competed in the IFBB Fitness and she competed in the JR Fitness!

As a matter of fact we are going to be competing togeather again at the Europa this year. We have a lot of fun and have even done some gust appearances togeather!!!

start -> programs -> accesories -> paint -> file -> open -> find the image double click -> image -> properties -> 1024 x 768 -> file -> save as -> anyname -> type: jpeg
