It'll all be one big company some day and every single decision will be made by the corporation, not by the people through gov.  It's already getting that way.  Try drinking some real beer instead of that cow piss.  That way smaller breweries won't find themselves in position to be bought up by the big guys and have their quality product turned into piss.

LOL oh trust brother i do drink local brew...Saint Arnold's, Shiner and the list GOES ON AND ON...but youd be surprised the amount of beer that they put out when you think your not drinking from them you are although all i can think of that i drink from them is regual busweiser although like i said im sure im drinking more i just dont know it...and its more about something that has been a American tradition that is sold to a foreign company that rubs me the wrong way.

You know it would have been way worse if they were bought by an Asian company.  At least the company is of origin of the region of the founders of the beer.  I kind of wish it was a Chinese company.  Man that would have woke up some rednecks :D  As it is now, it's back in the hands of the region that inspired its birth.  Many of the big American beer companies were founded by Germanic peoples immigrating to the US.

speaking of beer, has anyone else noticed the prices going through the roof >:(  Of course this bitch relates to the demand on hops with production not meeting and I'm sure some is related to the hike in gas prices.  This sucks.
