if we assume randy vs fedor wont happen the easist thing to do for affliction is to cycle the fighers they already have...  and likely one who won his fight:

 Rogerio Nogueria, Paul Buentello, Arlovski or Josh Barnett.

I'd like to see him fight his brother, although I think he said he would not.  Otherwise maybe Arlovski, although it wouldn't be much of a fight.  How about scrapping with Cro Cop again?  Get him to the UFC and let him fight Chek Kongo.  Not much competition for him anywhere, really.  We need a new, young, nasty stallion to rise up the heavyweight ranks.  The '80's Tyson of MMA.

Numerous people (including Tim Sylvia)  say that Fedor is the hardest puncher they've ever fought, he could have alot more Tko's on his record, but he chooses to hurt them, then sub them, that's actually the smarter route to go (you wouldn't know that route being that you're a moron and all).

Buentello?  Damn, I'd be slightly upset if I had to shell out another $40 to see Fedor pistol whip someone else in under a minute.  It has to bo Josh.

Tim wiped the floor with Andre the last two times they fought, so tho big money isn't on Arlovski to do any damage to Fedor.

Maybe a Andre vs Josh match-up for the shot to take on Fedor.

I'm not sure he sucks at knocking people out as much as he knocks them down and chokes them or slaps an armbar on them.  I'm sure it is not as exciting for the "casual fan" but you cannot deny he is the best there is.

The "casual fan" can go to youtube and watch kimbo knock out scrubs all day long and call him a MMA fighter.

Throw Kimbo in with Fedor and see where the smart money lands.

I would rather see submisions over KO's most of the time... Oh and the answer to your question is gayer then Bluto.

Logical choice would be Barnett - that fight is waiting to happen and never did because Josh was always derailed by something or the other when moving up Pride ranks.

That would Fedor a chance to showcase his technical skills + give the fans a long overdue match.

Andrei Vs Fedor would be interesting as well - Sambo Vs Sambo..sort of

Crocop would be a bad choice given his current mental/physical condition. I don't think he'd opt to face Fedor just yet.
