Does she eat heaps of cheese, junk food?
does she drink enough water?
Is she doing cardio 5 times a week?
how old is she?

Assuming she's legit with the diet and training, I'd probably put her on a fatburner and if she can tolerate that clenbuterol possibly.

The type of cardio she's doing is going to also be important.  HIIT is pretty good for ladies needing to drop some weight, although not the best option if you have a lot of muscle you want to keep.  Clen would probably be a good route to take if she wants to use it.  Has she tried just an EC stack?

Cardio!!! Go to Max Muscle and buy the Thryo-Activator with Lipodrene or Black Diamond. I work at Max Muscle and all the woman stack those together and it works wonders.

good point. too much cardio with the wrong diet can be counter productive to her goals...
