Sometimes it can lead to decreased appetite, true... but what challenges do you have with eating currently?

For no apparently reason I started hitting satiety after a few bites. In the past I could eat until I felt full and could still continue eating, but I hit a brick wall not too long ago. Not even marijuana, b12 and eq could help me from eating like a little girl. But it came to pass. Blood work was good too. It was strange.

But in any event, orals can fuck up my appetite as well. If you're already having trouble eating I'd probably hold off a bit. If you're adamant about continuing with your plans though, just start making protein shakes with ground oats in it. It's about the cheapest, healthiest weight gainer you'll come across. And contrary to what people say, I think they taste damn good! You can even put in some healthy fats or peanut butter if you're going to toss it in a blender. :)

Oh yeah I will blend a cup of oatmeal into flower then add a cup and a half of water, and two scoops of protein powder. Great for bulking for extra calories. I can be a force feeder at times so I really have to do this when bulking.

Yeah, busting up oatmeal has easily saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. If not, thousands. The convenience factor is invaluable too. I usually bust up 3-4 cups of oats and put it in a tupperwear though. My little coffee grinder only does about 3/4 cup of oats at a time. It's been a lifesaver when you don't have enough time to cook, or if you lack the appetite to chew down a steak and potatoes.

My friends kind of give me a snide look when I tell them I can't finish my steak and potatoes, especially when I've gone all out, pan searing good cuts and deglazing with red whine, adding fancy mushrooms, etc... but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do!

I have the same blender they use at jamba juice, I forget what it is called. Its a really good investment for the life style we live. It will spin so fast that it will boil soup. Turns oats into flour.

One of the common symptoms of liver hepatoxicty is loss of appetite.  This can occur even at low levels of liver heptaoxicity and is fairly common with people using orals.  This happens to me with dbol if I don't take Liv52 with it.  NAC would also probably take care of the issue as well since usually it's fairly mild but enough to cause a loss in appetite.

NAC is definitely some good shit too. I don't take vitamin C outside of my multivitamin, but when I take NAC on cycle I'll take about a gram a day and chew on vitamin C tabs (mostly because I love sour shit lol). Good recommendation. Heard lots of good things about Liv52 but I've never taken it.

Trouble how? A little more info please.

i usually consume 6-8meals a day depending on my schedule.  i have had no problems finishing the meals or getting them in before to hit my goals. but as of late i have trouble downing them.  i get the feeling of sick,  like my body is rejecting the food.  its kind of hard to explain.

i currently stop the dbols.  im just wating to get the test done fri to see if it is my liver values.  i have use dbols quite a few times before at the same doses.  so once again this is a first for me.

i have actually read that this happens with abombs but havnt found nething with dbol being the culprit.

thnx for the info so far guys. much appreciated. :)

Same here.

I always take orals with food because if i take them before i eat i lose part of my apetite.
