So im training chest today and in walks his guy, and he looks like something straight out of a 1993 shawn Ray workout video, wearing Timberland workboots, striped Lycra leggings,weight belt tightened 2 notches too tight, weider t-shirt with the arms cut off, Iceman sunglasses and Stars and Stripes bandanna all at a Brutal 6 feet tall,180 pounds at 15% Bodyfat!!!!.He proceeds over to the smith machine and loads a vomit enducing 210 pounds on to the bar, then pulls something out of his pockets, snorts from it 3 times then proceeds to scream as he knocks out 6 full reps on the Squat, BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
