i always enjoy  pickle with post workout meal...i figure they are good in salt and the body needs after hard workout
good idea or no?

Pickles have low nutritional value.  So if you like them go ahead and eat 'em.  They won't make you fat or help you put on muscle, maybe can be used as a filler while dieting.
