im new and wat info on nutrition plz

can you ive me the basiscs on nutrition and help me fing=d out how many calories i should be consuming. i heard im suppose to eat 17times bodyweight and how do i figure out how many calories i burn running.

wrong board, but it depends on what your trying to do. IMO just keep a log of everything your eat for a week, then work from there.
