I also found out that just benching, how much you flex you're feet.
It was hard to go heavy for fear of reinjuring my foot.
So I've been out of the gym for a month, didn't loose too much
except in my legs.

I also didn't wear any headphones,
trying to meet some people.

I only go w/o my IPOD if my workout partner is going to be there.

Working out without headphones, is like jerking off without porn.  The result is pretty much the same, but the process is much more enjoyable.
