I completely understand where Alex is coming from. I see people all the time with their shakes in the gym, rushing out and making sure they eat exactly xxx minutes after the workout doing everything they have read by the book and they still look like crap. Then you see that many of the guys that actually look like real bodybuilders although they try to do things right too, they usually are no where near as strict as many of the others. I remember one guy was in a panic because he realized he forgot to bring his pre-made carb/protein shake to the gym with him and he was worried that he would lose size and it wouldn't work as well if he took it once he got home instead of in the car. His house was like less than 15 minutes away. Of course he was about 6' 170lbs and you could barely tell he worked out at all.
