Servere depression has been linked to Isotretinoin, although no difinitive studies have been done yet.  I HIGHLY recommend that you go to a dermatologist and get a prescription for it rather than doing it yourself.  If you insist on doing it yourself let me know what kind of dosages you are planning (I'll need to know weight and sex).  Have you tried the oral antibiotics yet?

No, one month is not likely long enough for isotretinoin to fully work, generally treatments last several months (4-6).  You should see improvements, however, in that period of time.

I've used it, and I'm a supporter. Best acne killer there is IMO.

I've taken 2 courses of it, once for 6 months and another for 5 months. I had it really bad all over. First time around it took about the whole time for it to be completely gone, still had break outs though here and there a couple months later, but only on the face, second time i took it i was clear after a month, stayed clear and rarely get anything to this day and its been over a year.  I recommend whatever dose you are taking though if you don't want to have a really bad breakout in the beginning that you to cut it down, take one every other day for about a 5 days, then one a day for the same, then two one day, one the next, to gradually taking it twice a day, other wise, depending on how bad you have it, you will be covered in them lol.  but hey, its different for every one just my own experience. feel free to message me with for anything regarding it.
