we are a water body we take onto water living fruits well with vigor movement all day everyday, relaxation periods should be shared with another to keep up the tempo of the high fruit energy. workout heavy and in short periods, if your not standing dont drink much juices, drink as needed drink tons of water, your shit maybe runny but that is solved with a decent amount of solid live food like dried fresh beans, pizza , maybe a small amount of fishcheese sandwich from micdonalds once in a while
and coffee 2 times a day is a MUST for me atleast
