The "Palin bounce" is subsiding and will crash and burn when Biden shows her to be inadequate for the VP job in their debate.
Yep, it's subsiding so much that McCain is now AHEAD in the state-by-state EC polls. As for Biden, he's virtually been MIA for the last three weeks. Apparently you know nothing about Palin. She has taken on politicians far more experienced than she (as McCain put it) BEAT THEM like a drum, on her way to become governor of Alaska. And Biden may be the next head on the mantle.
Desperation? That would fall on you and your liberal brethren, foolishing posting up rumors about Palin, actually depending on TABLOID and hoping that their claims are actually correct.
The baby-flap didn't work; the shots at the teen daughter backfired; new evidence is pretty much taking the sizzle out "Troopergate".
Meanwhile, McCain (free to spread his message and polish his maverick image, while the Democrats are so obsessed with Palin) appears to be shoring up the red states and, some blue states (which weeks ago would have considered off-limits) are now TOSS-UPS.
