I like Ronnie's abs. I don't think you can just decide a type of abs is ideal. There are many great types of abs. They must fit the persons build.

I'm not as bitter as I might come off.  The only thing I don't like is the constant racism on the board and Ron and the rest of his crew won't follow through on their rules they put up every six months and start banning people. ::)
