theres a thread i made about how much protein people eat.  obviously if you are a bodybuilder you are going to need more than an average joe.  I eat around 250g per day give or take.

Thanks for the links. It's very interssting, I mean I alway thought that u have to eat like 300-400g of prot a day I think a lot of people take to much protein and forget about the other nutriments.

Thanks

I think people underestimate it and don`t keep consistent and take too little protein and they think too hard about other nutrients when they aren`t important so basically the oppisite of what you said and I`m not kidding.

well with 5 meals a day and 3 shakes 400grams of protein is very easily attainable...
but yes you need other nutrients also...and if you are trying to bulk I think calories
are more important than protein and while dieting protein is a must to spare muscle tissue...
from my own personal experience.

I eat approximately 425g Protein, 400g Carbs, and 75g Fat ~ 4,000 calories per day everyday while dieting - this is a 500-750 calorie deficit.

The 425g of protein has approximatly 350g of complete proteins.  The other 75 grams are made up of aminos and protein from veggies and carbs sources.

On a carb up day I lower the protein to about 200g and make up the other 3,200 calories with complex carbs.  This is the only day my protein level ever changes.

On a low carb day I eat the same 425g of protein and just up the fat a bit to make up the rest of the 4,000 calories.

Carb cycling like this prevents me from ever having to cut calories when dieting.  GH, Clen  & T3 help a lot as well.   ;D

When trying to grow, my protein level stays the same I just up the energy sources/calories: fat & carbs.

you should take 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. you have to have protein or you will not grow. when first started i could oonly take in 40g. but now i can take in 100g. until your body gets used to that much protein, you will just shit out the rest.

I've never been a big eater but I try to get 250-300gr of protein a day.  IMO, nutrition is THE most important thing you can do while on.  I've gone as low as 500mg of test e a week and ate REALLY good and still made good gains.
