Sir Humphrey .The difference between Trey Brewer and most superheavyweights is most guys train for at least 5-10 years and build a quality foundation, with quality muscle.Trey just did a bunch of anabolics bulked up and became a superheavy. There is no quality muscle, or muscle maturity there. He doesn't have pleasing lines, or dense muscle. He is just a big guy with some cuts.
If you look at most bodybuilders, they slowly year by year, add 5 or more pounds of muscle, and work there way up to a super heavyweight. Not Trey, he when all or nothing, way to soon.I just hope it doesn't cost him in the long run.
What Trey should have done, is stayed a heavyweight for a few years, got quality dense muscle, then went to superheavyweight.
But instead, he got up to 330 lbs in the off season, and looked like a fat blob..The bottom line is it take time to build quality muscle, and a quality physique.
