Technically, Jay was gifted the Olympia, he did not win, thats for sure.

Person A reads g15. Person A then tells person B who then tells several others, etc. Eventually Jay Cutler hears this, and it give him more determination than ever to rise to the top. That extra 1% of motivation was enough to bring him a sandow.
