protein shaker cup questions

hey guys
i have like 12 diff shaker cups-the blender bottles ones-at the ends of my day i have to wash like 6 of them cuz i got throguh wso many of them-do u guys just use 1 bottle per daya nd keep rinsing it out or do yall also have tons ot wash out?
i also used ti put sopas in them to clean but now i njust use real hot water to clean them? what do yall do?

that's a good question i use 2 myself that i put in hot water and it usually takes care of the job or if you got a dog you can have him lick it clean or a girl with a collar who acts like a little bitch and needs to be put in her place

Use the same one and rinse it with hot water. Wash every few days.

i spray my shaker cups with rain-x before i use it. that way its really easy to wash out
