i think tonight i am ssuposed to set my clock back an hour?? what time do i do that? its 10pm on my computer east coast time...am i still in old time now? or has it begun already? im a bit confused?

Suppose to set it ahead one hour, at 2am, make sure you're not late setting it or it won't work right.
