I was on my way to vote and had to go to the Board of Elections to find out my District. While entering the building, two ladies had approached me and asked if I was going to vote which I said yes and gave me a sample ballot. The sample ballot clearly had partisan rhetoric which indicated to vote a straight Democratic ticket and at the bottom it was listed "Paid for by the Democrat Party".
The same thing was at all the polling stations visited where the flyers were handed out.
By law, it is illegal to hand out partisan material at the BOE or at any polling station which attempts to influence the voter within 50 feet of their offices. Most people don't know the law and these sample ballots were disguised
Although I am voting for Obama, I will not stand by and let any asshole fix an election regardless. So I went to and faxed off a copy of the sample ballots to the Attorney Services Division of the NC GOP party. They have dispatched attorneys to stop them from doing this and the people handing out the material will be in deep shit.
If anyone sees this stuff happenning, whether its your party or not, its un-American and wrong to commit voter or election fraud and it is your civic duty to stop it from happenning
