Been trying to gain weight with pre-workout shake and two shakes between meals for a while now with mixed results. The past two days I can't stop eating every 2-3 hours. The only change in workouts was adding one more set per exercise so that probably doesn't mean anything.
I'm even getting hungry while eating.
I don't know if it is normal or not, but I kinda have the same thing. I was going along fine with my routine, and now i can't stay away from the halloween candy, and when I am eating, I am already thinking about the next thing I want to eat. I will have dinner, then have an ice cream bar, then a bowl of cereal, and still want somethng else. Oh well, i am still far from fat, so likely just a phase.
