Guys, I know I have been here a long time, but I have never told you about those dark days... Back in the late 80s I was a top contender in the Mr. Olympia...

Good question. I suppose it depends on if you are just speaking of protein, or protein plus other things. In the former case, the blend can be unique. Quality of the ingredients can also be a differentiating factor.
