This event is open to the public. All men, women and children are welcome. It is a great way to help many different organizations just by taking a few short hours out of your day.
Strong & Shapely Gym will be making a personal donation to the Tomorrows Children's Fund, which is located in Hackensack University Medical Center.
Just a few of the other organizations that will be attending are the NY Blood Center, which will be taking blood donations via walk-in or appointment.

FOWA will be raising awareness for their desperate need of foster homes and volunteers to help homeless animals.
Fitness gear will be sold and 10% of all sales will be donated to the Tomorrows Children's Fund. A canned food and clothing drive will also be held to collect items for the Salvation Army.
Strong & Shapely Gym will also be offering a $10 daily workout "donation" fee that will allow non-members access to the gym to work out for the day.
There will also be guest appearances by some professional athletes. You never know who will stop by to say "Hello!" and give away some goodies!
