Even on slin I wouldn't take more than 10g a day. If you're not bloating, that's cool. But no need to go that high.
3 days at 30grams a day and it boost strength on compound lifts big time. Normally when you take excessive creatine (your muscles are full of it) you have to piss right away. Not with good old humalog! 12 units at 2-3 per day. Works great
If you have time to train twice per day....20 IU twice per day - preworkout - actually works best...IMO
