I bring my phone into the gym with me, If i rings i answer it and maybe take a walk down the back or speak quietly.

Noone but the gym owner is gonna tell me to turn it off or not answer it. His gym his rules. Its like trying to say no talking in the gym

honestly i dont see why people care if a mobile phone goes off...do they crack up when they hear a clanging noise or someone dropping a weight. Or the A/C???

True.  And how many times it rings before they answer it.   Also, if they continue their set on the legpress while they talk on the phone.
