The likes of Arnold, Sergio, Zane and co. did not require such services.

Today, the sport has become a pathetic joke! 

Who do these retards think they are fooling?

This list of prepping gurus is endless; Chad Nicholls, Hany Rambod, Milos, Skip Hill and who could forget Palumbo.

My advice: -Take responsibility for your own prepping.  -Personal knowledge is power.  -Don't be fooled by these scammers.  -Embrace your own independence and development.

I know what you mean like they would rather have someone else take responsibility for their diuretics administration etc...

...but nobody gets to the point of requiring a "pre contest guru" with being scared of the physical action of injecting themselves.

I wouldnt say these guys are a scam. they are good at what they do, and, Im sure youve noticed, some bodybuilders arent real smart about the diet aspect of it. You could say the same thing in regards to your car. Why take it to a mechanic to get the oil changed or the sprkplugs changed? Why not just jack with it yourself until you get it right? I think that youre a fool if you dont learn anything from it though.  Along those lines, why waste your time and money trying to figure it out, as there is someone who already KNOWS what you need to do, and can probably do it better than you?

Exactly.  There is no point in trying to re-invent the wheel.  There are proven methods one can use to dial it in.  Why not take advantage of the guys who have that knowledge?

everyone needs a little help to start with, some of these guys go along way on very basic knoledge and just need pointed in the right direction ( ronny coleman for example ), some are thick as fuck and need lead by the nose all the way thru, others like yates figure for them selves

funniest thing id heard in a while was a tool spouting himself as a prep guru over here in the uk, taking on clients,,, he was only goin to somone else and paying him to get him self ready for a show?, what a fucking prick
