Branch doesnt smash shit. Show me one video of him smashing a machine, breaking weights, throwing plates around, etc?? You know any video you do show will be his training partner doing that stuff, not Branch. Branch may physc himself up before a set but he does not destroy the weight equipment in the process. If you resort to showing a video of him throwing the dumbbells to the side after a flat db bench session, just look at any ronnie coleman video of him doing the exact same thing.
