come on man, i know you hate white bodybuilders but you have to admit that was impressive, it's not like she was pulling on the bar with all her might or anything, he handled that weight fairly cleanly, my only problem is that it's not 545 like someone else quoted but 455.

blue = 20kg or 44lbs
yellow = 15kg or 33lbs
bar = 20kg or 44lbs
collars are .5kg or 1.1lbs

what i mean is that at least 90 percent of that weight is going to him and his muscles, with that type of weight AND that grip it's very very impressive.

... if you think he did 90% what he should do is ligten the load by 10% and push it....
that is EGO training...
i can bench 405....
i could put 20lbs more lbs on the bar and have a spotter help from the first rep but i know that would be bullshit because i know i didnt really bench the weight
..
i have seen dudes in the gym doin the same thing.... spotter pulling 315 off them
i then step in and say let me spot you next set...
then i ask how much are u shooting for.... BEFORE i touch the bar.... one guy said 4
I said... try and get one...

what do u think happened the bar stayed on his chest and sisnt move till i yanked it off him
so like i said i am a HARD lifter...
and if the spotter hands touches it .. u didnt do that rep

Bob Chick has mentioned numerous times that the barbell bench press is the number 1 exercise related to pec tears.. he's stated that he prefers dumbells or something else than the barbell bench.. and he's not a small guy.

I still do bench press but I prefer dumbells myself - I normally do flat, incline, decline presses.. I avoid dips, they fuck with my neck.

It is pretty hard to tear your pec on chin ups.

Its most common chest exercise therefore most tears etc will occur.

Same way a quad tear will probaly occur most times squatting

Actually it means that i do not like flat BB bench therefore i do not do it and have actually seen improvements in my chest since dropping them.

And i could care less how much i lift. I don't do powerlifting...i do bodybuilding.

You forgot he's 19, has never actually trained in a gym, has NO experience in anything, yet he squats almost 600, weighs 240 at 8% bodyfat, 18" arms, is a model, and give training and diet advice.  He has truly been taking what Goodrum and Apenis have been taking.  And to top it off he tries to convince everyone he isn't gay.  The guy has more issues than National Geographic.

I dont see how the hell he doesnt blow out his delts and/or rotator cuff with that wide ass grip he always uses. He could bench more than that with a close grip approach.

What makes me worry even more is how he arches his back and that his butt takes off from the bench in every single rep. Holy shit, that's one hell of an unhealthy form.... :D
