talking training here...will yall be taking off
xmas eve?
xmas day?

new years eve?
new years day?

for me i wont workout xmas day...or new years day...but i may take a week off to let my body rest so the holidays will be perfect for my split...

I'll take Christmas off because my gym is closed, but I might still hit some cardio on the pavement

I'm waiting for the hardcore beast that's going to tell us that he is going to refuse a Christmas meal and instead eat tuna from his Tupperware.....and the MANIMAL that is going to tell us about how he will go out for NYE, but only sip on water, because alcohol has to many mindless calories in it

i do a lot...only bad thing is the drive...takes me like 45 minutes or so to get there...have u ever trained there?

Mom's arriving tomorrow so the diet is officially over. Wouldn't surprise me if I put on 10lbs in the next 12 days with her cooking. I'll lift every day if I feel like it but I might be too full to move.

I've just finished my last workout of 2008. My gym membership also expired today and seeing as I'm going off to get drunk tomorrow I've decided to take the rest of December off. I return to work on Jan 5th and that's when I'll renew my membership. Peace.

well i personally love to workout, so since my gym is open, ill workout every day i m supposed to. as for the diet, ill eat whatever i feel like eating, as always.
