Not sure why but I've been really focusing on my diet and trying to train smart. In the past soda never really changed with me, but then again I never really "stopped" drinking it. I would eat "cleaner" but I would still have soda as my primary fluid intake. Now it's mainly water, tea, and chocolate milk which I LOVE post run. Had some soda today and it just tasted so fake. Sludgy in a way if that's even a word. Anyone else experience that? My friend said after a while off fast food it will taste like crap but I never believed him. But damn! It feels so much better to eat real foods. Kinda wonder how much I've killed my training plan due to a crap diet in the past.
