another year, still banging away 5 days a week. seem to have really strong delts. i could go heavier, but i can barely get the 120s up. once they are up, I'm fine. 52, good diet, 5/11 and 250 pounds. high school basketball official, getting lots of cardio. lots of metrx, protein shots (45 grams-3ozs) lots of steak and rice. nobody said it was easy. video will be coming soon. judo

I just put up the 130's for 12 at the age of 62
