I've seen him in person quite a few times ... it always amazes me how well he looks in photos compared to how he looks in real life ... that is to say he doesn't look all that spectacular in real life ... in my opinion. Usually, for most bb's, it's the other way around.  :-\

Maybe he just preferred one since he did blow out his knee awhile back. He might have felt more comfortable with a spot.

I saw him in the elevator at the 07 olympia. He had a tshirt on and seriously didn't look huge or anything, but when he got on stage, everything just popped out. Crazy.

never said that I never squated 4 plates, but I would have thought that a pro as him would feel comfortable with 4 plates.
