I've let my training slide over the past eight months or so. I lost a job, and I'm an all-or-nothing kinda person, so I figured if I can't buy gear and supps, I'll quit training altogether. So I did.
Soon I'll be returning to training, but this time I wish to bulk as much as I can with a minimum of bodyfat gains and water bloat.
I realise diet has much to do with this, but what I really need to know is what stack/s to use for that purpose.
Anyone?
