Please allow me to vent about the squat rack.

It's a fucking squat rack for fuck's sake!!!!!

It's not a knee lift rack or the biggest goddamn forearm exercise machine in the gym. What the fuck?

Another fucking thing; if you're doing free standing squats... why set up a rack for it.

Every time I want to use the rack it's like putting together a kid's bike on Christmas morning.

I'm done now.

That's what's great about having a squat rack in your garage...except when it's sub-40 degrees. ;D
