Haidar had the best for his body and Ray had the best for his.  I think Haidar's protruded a bit too much.

comparing Ahmad Haider to one of the 5-6 greatest bodybuilders of all time like Shawn Ray is ridiculous, they're not comparable on any bodypart. ::)

Every single time Ahmad Haider is about to enter the stage the commentator ALWAYS MENTIONS HIS DAMN ABS I dont see the hype.



Doesnt look any different to anyone else who has good abs?

why??.. mike matarazo was not a top pro. but he had one of the best calves ever!!.. same with demayo and his quads or clairmont and his biceps..
