You can follow his predictions dating from a year ago and although not everything he talks about has come to pass, (yet?) he's an interestinf fellow to listen to. He owns several properties starting at 18 and he's done well on the stock market as well, so he's pretty knowledgable on the subject and not always talking gibberish. Enjoy.
