You seriously need to get your head out of your ass pal.  You win one regional show in Tenn and you think you're the expert and know it all in bodybuilding, running a business etc.  You even have the nerve to give advice to IFBB pros and tell them what they need to do.... ::)

Well I got news for you bro, unless they ask for your help....THEY DON'T NEED YOUR HELP.  Winning a bodybuilding show doesn't make you God Almighty so put your trophy in a nice place and shut the fuck up.

Fixed that for you Vince...BTW I never claimed to be  a bad ass.. mr "sikngga"  I see where the PM meltdown came from. AD acts a like a child on message boards.  I also never said I was some kinda badd ass super expert like you claim to be Mr. Millionare, competitor, 10K annual income business owner, delusional FAT ASS.

I have no idea who siknigga is however AD has always been professional on the board....its just that people like you that talk shit all the time and think that they know more.  That's the reason why more pros don't post up here 

He's a professional bodybuilder and you're a professional troll and quite honestly, regardless of how many swords and trophies you won, all the juice in the world won't even get you to the night show at the Nationals.
