There are no heads in the Brunswick brand, and it is filleted nicely.
They have  the hot sauce ones as well, which I do like but,
The dill and mustard are my brand until I get sick of it, then I'll go
hot sauce.

The ones in oil are good, but too much bat acories.
Most are all show no go!
