Man of Steel, I sort of agree with RZA.
I've been house hunting for "second homes" for various family members in the entertainment business and the places that I myself would like to live in are all in the $3,000,000 to $5,000,000 price range and up... WAY UP! And their 'expectations and taste' are far higher than my own.
Those are the starting prices for decent, lakefront homes in the Lake Tahoe area and the same goes for the nicer Las Vegas apartments on the Strip and off and in Beverly Hills and Bel Aire and all those other fancy neighborhoods.
So far, I have not seen a significant drop in asking prices among these ultra expensive properties. (Unlike those homes originally being offered in the $300,000 to $800,000 price range.)
It would be great to win the lottery and be a millionaire but you'd only be a millionaire until the IRS collect their half.
I agree with RZA.... in order to live like a millionaire today, you'd have to have significantly more that a meesley five-million America green-backs.
But I think I'd do something to make it work.
