How many of you had really no opinion what so ever about which bodybuilder you liked or disliked before you came to getbig, but the constant comparing and having nasser or dorian or ronnie put in every thread has made you hate them, just because of the constant exposure?

I didn't even know who Nasser was before visiting getbig, i guess the "most famous bodybuilder" thing just isn't true.

I actually liked Nasser before I came to Getbig - now I can't stand the fucking sight of him due to the post whoring by certain members on here.

I always liked Dorian and Shawn Ray before coming to Getbig and I still do despite what people have said about them on here.

Sort of describes me.  Several years ago I was young and naive and actually thought bodybuilding was a respectable "sport" but just niche.  But now because of getbig I know what it really is.  Bodybuilding is great to do in your personal life for health and to look more attractive, but as far as being a sport, no it is nothing more than a beauty pagent/gay schmoe extravaganza. 

I don't have too much respect for pro bbers in general.  There are few exceptions like Jay Cutler and Gunter because they seem to actually have lives outside of the male pagentry.  As far as a certain bodybuilder goes yes, several years ago I read an article about Nasser and found him interesting, but now view him as the piece of garbage most do here.  That is all.

I think that's why I post on Getbig rather than other bodybuilding forums. I think Ron has created an environment here where you can truly speak your mind and through interaction with everyone else on the site, the truth comes out and you find out there's a lot more to bodybuilding than what you read in Flex magazine like what I did when I was a kid. That's what makes Getbig unique.
