Ok, then "for me it's not easy". And for many people I know, it's hard to follow that rules also. Use to happen that people who grows easily have a hard time getting ripped and the opposite... Just one opinion

Well it got easy for me once I realized that most restrictions are unnecessary.
Before that it was hard.

Unexpectedly,I dont suffer at all.
Actualy, watching this kind of thing makes me happy.

I enjoy every moment. I love dieting and observing how i turn into shape.
I love tuna and chicken potatos.

And I am looking forward to eating junk foods.

From today to monday, i cant drink water and suffer. But I am looking forward to seeing my physic in morning.

Always happy!

That's probably because you apply too many unnecessary restrictions which makes sticking to the diet virtually impossible for any normal human being.

First of all.

He always makes very strong emphasis that DONT IMPRESS WITH HEAVY WEIGHT.

Each sets goes to failure.

Perform high reps(more than 15) with maximum squeezing as if you are posing.
So automaticaly the weight you handle will go down dramaticaly.

He performs 180kg(4plates each) X20 with that way(squat as if posing) and shouting loud because of failure.

I do the same with 120kg only. And my legs dont look that bad.
One stone and you hunt two birds. Injury free plus maximum growth.
You dont need that much weight for building a pair of decent wheels.

I've been carb cycling for 9-10 months now. Never had a mood swing.
