For anyone here who doesn't like meat, is vegetarian, or even vegan, I found this brand at my local whole foods.
It is really good! I think it taste better than soy based products and in some cases better than regular pork sausage. And all you have to do is grill it or brown it in a non-stick pan. So far, I tried the Chipotle, Apple Sage, and Italian flavors. All 3 were really tasty!
