well i just took my first pak.... after setting fire to my house and bitting my dog i proceeded to save my bow flex  from my garage and did a crazy intense set of curls.. i followed this up 8 raw eggs

i think the positive reactions of animal pack are from people who already eat like shit, offcourse then it does something, just like it does something when they would eat fruit.
other then that its a waste of money. take a cheap multi vitamin instead. really.
